Between 7 and 9 of September, in Rzeszów and Strzyżów (in the south of Poland) the 52. Musicological Conference of the Polish Composers’ Union will take place. The Conference is organised yearly in different academic centres by the Musicological Section of the Polish Composers’ Union. This year the co-organisers are Institue of Music in the College of Humanities of the University of Rzeszów and Zygmunt Mycielski State Music School in Strzyżow. Each conference has its own title and focus, and this year it was defined as ‘Polish Music - Tradition and Present Day’.
