Research Library of the Polish Composers' Union

The 41st General Assembly of Members of the Polish Composers’ Union was held in Warsaw, in the premises of the Society of Authors ZAiKS at 2 Hipoteczna Street, on June 16–17, 2023.

The 41st General Assembly chosen four new Honorary Members of the Polish Composers’ Union: Joanna Wnuk-Nazarowa, Szabolcs Esztényi, Valentyn Silvestrov and Adrian Thomas.

Mieczysław Kominek was re-elected as the President of the Polish Composers’ Union.

The new Board was constituted as follows:

Vice Presidents: Krzysztof Baculewski and Marcel Chyrzyński Secretary General: Małgorzata Gąsiorowska Treasurer: Jarosław Siwiński. Presidium Members: Beata Bolesławska-Lewandowska and Alicja Gronau Board Members: Marcin Bortnowski, Anna Ignatowicz-Glińska, Iwona Lindstedt, Mateusz Ryczek, Wojciech Widłak and Maciej Zieliński.

On the 18th of June, in the same venue, the General Assembly of the Musicological Section of the Polish Composers’ Union was organised. Beata Bolesławska-Lewandowska was chosen once more for the post of the President of the Board of the Polish Composers’ Union Musicological Section.
