In reality, things are slightly better. The staircase is accessible, although it is usually covered, which can discourage even couriers and postal workers (we sincerely apologize if any parcels sent to us have been returned).

We apologise for the inconvenience, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Fortunately, our collections have been properly secured.

However, in the interest of everyone’s safety, we kindly encourage you — if possible — to postpone in-person visits until a later date.
