It's tomorrow! From the series ‘Meetings with Composers’
MYCIELSKI. Between music and politics
Guest: Beata Bolesławska-Lewandowska
Host: Marek Zagańczyk
Wednesday, 12 November, 4.30 p.m. > Headquarters of the Polish Composers' Union
Rynek Starego Miasta 27 Warsaw
That is, the opportunity to meet Beata Bolesławska-Lewandowska, President of the Polish Composers' Union, listen to a conversation hosted by Marek Zagańczyk, and take part in the discussion.
Both are experts on the subject, and we had the honour of working with both of them during the construction of the website mycielski.polmic.pl.
The website will certainly be mentioned as an important undertaking in a series of activities aimed at popularising knowledge about Zygmunt Mycielski – composer, writer and famous diarist. However, the main reason for the meeting is the newly published book – shown in the photo, which makes us all the more happy as it is set in our hall in Warsaw. It was here, two months earlier, during our September evening dedicated to Tadeusz Baird, that the author saw her great work in print for the first time.
It is great. In every respect. There will certainly be an opportunity to buy it tomorrow at the ZKP – so we recommend bringing strong bags.
We are proud of our President – her work, whose full title is ‘Zygmunt Mycielski. Between Music and Politics’ and all her other activities, including those for the ZKP. (And she has a lot of work to do right now.)
We warmly invite everyone interested – tomorrow!
