With a great sorrow we spread a message that

Prof. Zbigniew Bagiński died on August 24th, 2024.

For many decades he was closely related to the Polish Composers’ Union and the Library: as the general secretary of the Polish Composers’ Union (1989–1999) and the president of the PCU Warsaw Branch (2001–2011).

He was a part of our history. It is hard to believe that he passed away. Is there an empty space left?

Let this candle be a sign of our memory.
